Due to an administrative error, the original hostel we had booked in Prague was overbooked. The owner of that hostel worked very hard to obtain us a room in Prague for the night, which was much appreciated as the city seemed to be totally booked out. Unfortunately, the only room available was at Euro Guesthouse. The receptionist was helpful throughout... More

Definitely, I don't recommend this hotel. I booked it through booking.com where the name of the hotel is very misleading. Its name on booking.com is "Apartments Krakovska, Krakovska 3, Prague 01, 11000 Prague" and you can find its web pages on: http://www.euroguesthouse.eu Do not believe its description and photos on booking.com: It seems like it is on reconstruction - night... I really enjoyed staying in private room of Euro Guesthouse, Krakovska 3, Prague. Excellent location, within walking distance from the bus station and main train station, near the National Museum, 10-15 minutes to main historical points. Room is large, comfortable, has a toilet and shower. Small problems that arose, we quickly resolved with staff who were very friendly. Along with... More

I would recommend this hostel to my worst enemies only. We booked (and payed the deposit for) a three beded room for two nights, to discover upon arriving that they didn't even have such a room available. However, we were promissed such a room for the next day, if we shared that night with a couple in a 5 bed... More

We had a very bad experience here. We were robbed, my laptop bag and purse were stolen from our room. What's worse is we can't shake off the theory that it may have been an inside job. The reason we believe this is because the security guard was very rude to us the night before, but we refused to allow... More

I read some mixed reviews about this hostel/apartment block before I travelled and was somewhat apprehensive about what I would find. To my delight the apartment my friends and I stayed in was beautiful. We had a top floor, 8 bed apartment which consisted of 2 rooms and a bathroom. Everything was clean and bright when we arrived and I... More

Don't stay at this hostel. It is full of BED BUGS. I booked three nights. During the first night I woke up and I saw the bed bugs on the pillow, on the blanket, on the sheet. I woked up because the bed bugs already bit me. The next day the hostel coudn't offer a clean room so I left... More

First of all I had to wait for about an hour, till the receptionist opened the door / she was a friendly girl though, but had to bring visitors to affiliated house as the Euro Guesthouse was full. I was also put into another apartment about 2 blocks away. The rate was 900 CZK which is about 40 EUR and... More

The booking came in at the last moment and we were all booked full. The apartment we had to transfer the guest to what was probably the last apartment in Prague, with our apologies. Finding an alternative apartment for the very convenient price of EUR40 was, we guarantee, no joke. The partner that offered us the apartment described it as... More

If you are on a stag do then stay here! Its about 100 yards from Wenceslas Square and has a nice but very small pub on the corner. I was surprised, having stayed in dormitory accommodation before, to find a Kitchen/Diner with a TV and a kinda "Freeview" box that only showed Czech channels (well, what do you expect?). Bedroom... Very basic accomodation in the heart of Prague. The apartment which we stayed in was a 2 bedroom first floor apartment with kitchen and private shower, bath and toilet. 5 lads stayed for 4 nights. Excellent location, really couldnt be better, a 1 minute walk to Wencelas Square. We didnt see the owner from the time we booked in to... More

We have upgraded all our apartments since 2007, we are still basic, clean, well located, friendly and always trying to improve. We also have 24 hour reception now with free internet and wifi everywhere. Hopefully we might see you again :-) More
