We stayed in this hotel/apartment for 4 nights, and had a fabulous time. Kristina, as others have mentioned, is so helpful and nice. It almost feels like a home away from home. Can think of nothing bad to say about this place!

Travelled here last year. At a bargain price, it offers a comforting room and wonderful hospitality. Had a private tour arranged via Kristina, had airport transfer, and always felt welcomed coming and going. Close to a transportation hub or a short walk to all the major sites, this is one of he best places I've stayed during my extensive travels.

The hotel is not very close to the main attractions, that's why I don't give it 5 stars, but public transportation (especially the trams) is very convenient.
