“We loved this place!”

The Appia was great -- in fact more than we had hoped for. It's a beautifully maintained building first built many centuries ago with wonderful, big rooms, a lovely garden and outdoor eating place, elevator to upper floors, and a fantastic breakfast in a great old room. “Super place, super location”

Tucked away in a neighborhood near the U.S., German, and Irish (and other) embassies, this hotel was comfortable, affordable, and just minutes from the Charles Bridge and thus the tourist areas of Prague. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, and quiet.

We came to visit Prague with our family and friends, who recommend Appia, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is located close to several embassies and the location is safe. “Fantastic hotel”

We stayed 3 nights on the last leg of our 3 cities trip. We had booked a deluxe double room. What we got was an apartment! Large, comfortable bed/living room with king size bed, plenty of floor space, sitting area. We also had a dining kitchen with minibar/fridge. “Outstanding hotel”

Excellent position quite near the Charles bridge and a quiet location to get a good night's sleep. Very friendly staff , a filling wide choice breakfast add to a satisfactory stay. Large room with extremely fast Internet and an enormous bathroom was welcome
