Same owners as for hotels Seifert and Bily Lev. We were booked in Bily Lev for May 4-9, confirmed a month prior to trip. We arrived at Bily Lev and only there were told we had to move to Seifert. I insisted at least on a taxi voucher to move to Seifert as clearly a case of conscious overbooking. We... More

The only thing nice about this hotel was the polite young receptionist who seemed to be at war with the owners on a few occasions! upon arriving home late one evening the outside door was locked and the key left in on the inside, as there is no night porter or any receptionist at night, we had to sleep in... We originally wanted to stay at the Apostolic Residence so part of this review also appears on that page too. Our initial reservation was made via the Apostolic's website - or so we thought. Having stayed there before we were keen to have the same room; lengthy emails were exchanged and we were assured that all was sorted. We accepted... More

paper thin towels, beds not made, cups not washed, and a continually failing electricity supply. Several times during our stay the electricity failed leaving us unable to use the shower room (no natural light). I was expected to change light bulbs myself. At reception, the younger poeple left in charge were not particularly helpful. In all, good value for money... More

spent three nights at this hotel, the rooms were surprisingly big with plenty of space. I have thought hard to find another positive but cannot for the life of me think of another. Now lets start with the negatives'''' The location was very dreary and boring, simply lifeless. The female staff at the reception did not want to be there... More

Do not recommend staying in this hotel. Though a three star hotel, our room smelled smokey and muskey. There were water stains on the ceiling and on the walls. One of the mattresses had a huge stain on it. Carpet needed cleaning. Sheets and bathroom were clean, and the room did have an electric kettle to make coffee or tea. More
