The hotel was great. I was satisfied with the staff and services at the hotel. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was very rich, a great selection of food. The hotel is in the center, metro is close, good access, neighborhood is nice.

I spnt 3 nights, They gave me a triple room, with a recent renavated apartment. It is well located but not perfect, about 400m from the subway. Beakfast was included in my rate, but it was just ok, not very good.

Although very basic (as many Prague hotels are) enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Decent continental buffet breakfast and clean room. They were starting to upgrade rooms (paint, change carpets etc) while I was there which was needed. Restaurant was always fully booked (by students) and the one night I did get dinner there it was quite poor.

We really enjoy to spend wonderful time in this hotel .. We recomand it!!!!! Next time I'm pretty sure that we choose it again. Staff are very nice and professional and beer and food is excelent. Stayed here 18th and 19th Oct 2012.Loved the mezzanine floor in the room but on the whole was disappointed with the room.The carpet was badly stained in many many areas.They shoulg have it cleaned thoroughly or replace it.The TV had only 4 channels to choose from.Also,too far away from the action.Took us 20mins walk to the centre. This hotel didn't seem like a 4 star to hotel to me. The decor was antique and although the room was tidy it wasn't to my standard of cleanliness as there were stains on the carpets and chairs.
