This is a very well placed hotel and a very easy walk into the centre, and easy to get to the metro. It is a wonderfull old building and well maintained. This hotel is not an"elegant refurbished 4 star hotel". We had a 3 night staybooked from Friday 2nd March till Mon 5th March. It was nothing short of a hostel for students. Room was dingy and shabby. No mini bar not even a kettle/tea making facilities in room. Had a wake up call from reception at 5am...called the wrong room!!... More

Upon our arrival we were told that somebody was still staying in our room because they had double booked us. They moved us to another hotel (Hotel Troja) which was very far away from the city centre. Completely ruined our trip to Prague. More
