Actually, if you remove the word hotel, and replace it with, let's say, motel, so it could be fine. But, in no way, it could be HOTEL! The food are bad (almost a joke! touched only the tea. even the bread was uneatable), the rooms are simple, horrible and not clean, located very far from the center. Service doesn't exist.... More

Hotel is pretty far from the center, luckily public transport goes until late night. Hotel looks like a worker's lodge. I was wondering how this hotel was rated three stars. Rooms are so simple, not too clean. Dodgy towels were provided, similar I use to dry my dog's feet after a walk. Breakfast is way under level, with some cheap... More

Looks like a military camp specially at night when you walk along the corridor even spooky !!..... furnitures are very old , breakfast is almost a joke.. No eggs at all only rolls , margarine some jum, few slices of cheese and good bye. Internet at the lobby only - 2 euros for 24 hours. Located far from center, you... More

I did not expect much from this hotel, however the staff was not helpful with new tourists. The cleaning of the rooms was superficial. Hot water was fine. We arriaved at 10 pm with a 2 years old toddler and they prepared a bed on the adjoining room! Only the following day we got a baby cot. The gift shop... More

The hotel is horrible, dirty, cold and far away from the center. In my opinion it looks like a hostel or even worse. Towels in bathroom looked like floorclothes, coffee for breakfast looked like mud in a glass, food was awful. I am happy that I spent there just one night! More

For a few nights, it can be OK. But I do not recommend this place for a long term stay. When I checked in first, the receptionist(blond aged ar. 25), gave me only one key. You need another key(electronic) to enter the room first. So she made me come back to the front. Then when I asked for WIFI and... More

It was with a great deal of trepidation that we travelled to Hotel Dum after reading less than positive reviews on this site. However,we were pleasantly suprised after fearing the worst. Yes it is quite dated ,yes the breakfast isn't very good although there is sufficent choice not to go hungry, yes it is about 30mins outside the centre but the transport... More

Upon arrival late Friday evening it was clear the comment in an earlier review about this hotel being an old appartment block converted was correct. It seems that the block of flats had had a new section built onto the front to create the reception and resteraunt. Booking in was easy enough but when we got to our room it... More

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This place is the place from Hell, It is in the end of nowhere in a very unsavory looking part of the city & cost aprox £30 to get there from the airport in a cab. When we checked in the receptionist couldn't speak English so just pointed to the lift & held up 4 fingers which... More
