Standard rooms are very basic. No complimentary shampoos or shower gels. No help with baggage if disabled, no complimentary kettle and coffee etc in rooms.Very hard beds. This hotel was about 1/2 a mile from major attractions, but only a couple blocks from the metro, so ti was easy to get where we wanted to go with minimal fuss.
