This hotel was little bit old but ok. Rooms were spacious, bathroom old-fashioned but clean. Receptionist spoke English good and was friendly. Breakfast was nothing special but ok. This hotel is good if you are looking for a place where you want to sleep and have breakfast and than continue your journey-nothing special for your entertainment. Very useful was that... More

I have to say I was horrified about staying at this place after reading many of the reviews here. Unlike many of these folks, though, I had little choice, as I was on tour in Prague and the promoters chose the Kafka. The actual room was not so bad, though. It was an older hotel, and it was clean and... More

Hello, thank you for your opinion. I think / believe that breakfast is better nowadays, they serve orange juice, coffee is better, but stil isn´t capuchino or expreso from the cafe. I would like to get information about all reasons of dissatisfaction imediately at hotel, so that I can do more for clientś satisfaction. I hope you will visit Prague... More

I stayed at the "Hotel" Kafka for 2 nights and the experience was the far worst in the history of my life. The area felt dangerous and the view off the balcony is absolutely frightening. As we entered our room we were hit with a stench that was unbearable but then we walk into the bathroom and it smells like... More

Small hotel in centre of Prague. Attractive price, well-wishing staff, сlean rooms - do you need any more? There are a lot of restaurants/Cafés quite near. Attention: steep stairs will be a little impediment for baby or old man.

this hotel was filthy. when we entered the room we were shocked since there was a really bad smell and the window was broken (!!). the shower was dirty and the bedsheets were very small for those beds and we ended up sleeping on the mattress. it's a place that i would never go again.

Big and clean rooms, friendly staff, close to the Old Town (2-3 tram stops away) and very cheap. Located in the not-best-neighborhood but there's a police station just next to the hotel.

Found Kafka hotel through Midas hotels website. It was very reasonably priced and within walking distance of the old square. We had a room for three, lovely large room, loads of space,a decent sized bathroom and the shower was fab...loads of space. Our room was off an open walkway but I never felt as if it was unsafe or felt... More

This is the cheapest hotel I ever stayed in abroad but facilities and amenities are comparable with other hotels I stayed. You won't beleive that you can get a hotel (ofcourse bed and breakfast) in Europe - Czech - for this rate. When I booked it through internet based on reference from my friend, I did not have any confidence... More

I live a fairly rough and ready part of east London, so I wasn't unduly phased by the gritty area. However, dwellings - and certainly hotels - where I live have security precautions - cctv, window bars etc - and there was none of this at Kafka. My room was two floors up with an outside walkway which, so far... More
