The hotel was much nicer than i thought it would be. Very clean, staff helpful and a great location. We were given rooms on the 5th floor and they were excellent .The shower room was very nice and large. Good breakfast.

Good hotel, very central, enough quiet rooms and basic but nice breakfast. Tea-coffee free on the reception. Good wifi speed. We have got a room in the old part- big size, high ceilings. I didn’t notice anything special – charm or special faceoff the hotel- but it was normal basic place to stay in this part of Prague. May be... More

The hotel has very good location - you are in the centre, few steps from Charlesa Bridge and National Theatre. For your money you will get spacious room with decent furniture. Breakfast was fine and very tasty - if you go there between 8:00 and 9:00 you will have to wait few minutes for free table:) We got a room... More

This was our first time to Prague, and I did a lot of research prior to booking this hotel. First, you can't beat the location. Easy walking distance to everything and felt safe even late. Liked the security measures in place by the staff, and this hotel offers the cheapest parking options in Old Town (over half as expensive as... More

Very nice and large room, good position, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, nice the free coffee all day long. Internet connection not very good but ok for occasional browsing. All in all, I would recommend it.

Hotel is a great location, with walking distance to all main attractions and parts of Prague. We walked everywhere. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast was a bit lacking--we would often wait for refills on boiled eggs, and other than that, it was more continental than buffet (not much in the way of hot stuff.

The Cloister Inn was excellent all round for a weekend in Prague. Centrally located, clean and a lovely breakfast. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The reception staff were probably the most helpful I have come across. I would definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very comfortable, though the weather was very cold (-6) the rooms were very warm. It is centrally located, an easy walk to all the sites except the Castle which was up a very steep hill. The room was large and well furnished with TV which had a number of english programmes. They had a lounge downstairs which... More
