We stayed here, coming directly from the US via Prague. The staff were exceptionally willing to help and their command of English was adequate or better. Nice clean room. I transferred to the Irida from the Pension City where my room was small, dark and cramped, with shoddy cheap furnishings and was pungent with the smell of mold and cigarette smoke. In contrast, my room at the Irida looked out over the river (rather than a wall), was large, bright, well appointed, and comfortable, all for about the same... More
