Our room was filled with the smell of smoke and there was a smashed fly on the wall next to the bathroom. The desk staff were on the rude side. The location however was great, right on the square, however the rooms were noisy. The breakfast was just so so. More

The Hotel was very helpful and supportive during our extended stay which was due to the volcanic ash. They were exceptionally fair on price. The free use of the internet and help with booking a new flight was very much appreciated. We would definately stay there again if we were visiting Pilsn. More

Stayed here in 2000 and again in 2002 with small tour groups. Part of the hotel appears to house apartments and you could smell people cooking their dinners and smoking cigarettes (generally carrying on with their daily lives).
