This a small and very welcoming guest house with excellent accomodation and very tasty home cooked suppers. The owners are very welcoming and delightful hosts Ideal for the adjacent Nature reserve

Stayed for two nights over the weekend and had a lovely stay. Located 2 mins from the RSPB nature reserve which was beautiful. Rooms were large and clean and the beds were fine. Breath-taking setting just behind an embankment to the west of the Wash - which made for an excellent evening walk in the bright sun of a summer evening. With regard to your comments; We always have a sincerely friendly approach and mostly find reciprocation. It is our policy to ask either"did you sleep well?" or "was your room comfortable?"in order to personally identify any problems. Stayed here for 1 night only. The room was clean and warm, the food was great. The hosts were friendly and helpful - you cant really ask for any more.

Wonderful couple, very helpful, had an extended stay as my elderly Mother had an accident in Boston town and was in Hospital, looked after my Father until I arrived. Food excellent, rooms clean. Great place. Peter Burt. Leigh on Sea. Essex.

The family stayed for one night whilst visiting a large family party. Lovely accomodation and great full english in the morning. We have stayed before with our two small dogs. Will definitley be going again.
