Having stayed at a few Courtyard / Marriott properties in the US. This one is fairly average. The rooms do not give the feeling of being new, though they were clean & comfortable. The rooms possibly need renovation & sprucing up. The Beach view was nice. I did feel that for the quality of accomodation, the hotel is overpriced.

Especially surprising for a Courtyard (Marriott brand which is usually middle tier) right on beach easy drive from airport, nice pool and restaurants on site.
