I have stayed at this hotel twice before . I like it a lot . My only observation is that at breakfast ( buffet ) the guests often almost fight for the food but that is more a matter of being polite with others than a problem of the hotel .

This was an ideal post-cruise overnight stay next to the airport. The hotel is very well appointed and we loved our room overlooking the pool area. Unexpected layover in San Juan on my birthday turned from disasterous to fabulous by Mariana. She booked us a great room, was so helpful, recommended a local restaurant that served us a paella feast with coconut and mango sangrias. Breakfast by the pool the next day was delicious, too. Incredibly nice place, much to our delight.

We always chose this gold spot in San Juan, nice and friendly staff with beautiful suite! A complete breakfast in a very clean room. Warm jaccuzi ,spacious pool bar with the best food in the area, outstanding grill masters this place had the best burgers and great rib eye steak under $20.close to mayor highway i recommended to everyone .

Room is good. (King suite facing pool). Average condition, few amenities (no bar, restaurant, etc...except pool bar w/food outside). Quiet...except for some airport noise and loud voices from adjoining room through closed doors. Typical free Hampton breakfast buffet. However, lousy neighborhood.
