Stayed at Leonor de Aquitania for one night. The view from the window was excellent and the location ideal. The check in went smoothly and the room was ready on time. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was more than welcome. Parking was across the street. I would book a room here again. More

This is a charming old building refitted with modern conveniences. Our room was simple but stylish in a traditional way, and clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the gorge (we always request a room with a view). We had a three-night deal at a very good rate, but decided to leave after one night because the weather had... More

Stayed at the Leonor de Aquitania for just the one night. The location is excellent only topped by the views (definatley worth paying the little extra) in the morning. Formalities with reception were straight forward. Room was more than satisfactory for a short weekend away. Only disappointment wsa that it was two single beds pushed together. There is no need... We had been bumped in advance from sister hotel Cuevas del Fraile (which we had explicitly chosen for its rural location) so we arrived ready to be further irritated. We received a warm, friendly, helpful welcome and were persuaded that there was a genuine and reasonable cause for the closure of the other hotel (probably not just scarcity of guests... More

We stayed at the Leonor de Aquitania for 2 nights during the December bridging day and following week-end, so we paid around 100€ per night for a double room with breakfast, which is a bit expensive for a 3 stars hotel. The people working at the reception were very friendly and helpful, definitely a plus, the hotel is just a... More

We slept here one night. The hotel is good situated in the middle of the old city. Parking garage opposite of the hotel. It cost 15 euro a day. The welcome at the reception was cold and very helpfull. Next day another receptionist who was much better. The room was very smal with two twin beds. Walls are very thin.... More

Really friendly staff, excellent location near the top of the old town. Old building, full of character. Vending machine in the lobby was handy! Ample parking nearby. Cons: the internet access advertised on their website is only wi-fi - if you haven't brought your own computer, you're out of luck. More

Despite its attractions and appeal, Cuenca's hotels often fall short of the mark. The scenery may be fantastic but the food, at least in the old town, tends to be a disappointment - more expensive than it ought to be and not nearly as good. For someone like me, who likes to eat well on holiday, I often feel let... More

We arrived without booking and, although quite expensive, this was cheaper than some of the hotels in the old town. The staff at reception were very helpful and our small room overlooked the gorge and the parador. We didn`t realise that we had chosen a Saint`s day and most restaurants were closed that evening so, reluctantly, we ate in the... More

Following Tripadvisor recommendations, among others, we staid at Leonor de Aquitania for a night while visiting Cuenca. Booking directly, we ensured we had a room with a view, which is one of the main reasons to stay at this place. Being outside of main season, we got a reasonable rate. The room itself was nothing special, but the view from... More
