worst holiday experience ever, the hotel is full of young drunken germans that hurl abuse at the british, the side street the hotel is on has prostitues and 2 dodgy clubs on the street in also full of used condoms, our view was overlooking a run down area of arenal, the staff at the hotel were not helpful at all... The hotel is well located only a short walk from the main promenade of Arenal. The bed rooms were found to be adequate although the bathroom are very small and dated and in need of refurbishment.
