Palazzo Brunamonti Beautiful hotel built into walled city. Great location as it is in the middle of everything. Walk one way into the older town center. Walk the other way and find more contemporary shops (including a cashmere outlet?) Our room, #31, was very comfortable and clean and overlooked the street...relatively large with spacious modern tiled bathroom. The room was... More

Nice and spacious rooms and lounge areas throughout the premises. Many common areas decorated with ceiling and wall murals. In November, we were the only guests and the little walled town was also semi closed down. Hover some fatatc restaurants were open and we were recommended nd ersonally escortedto them by the hotel manager as they were hidden down side... More

Stayed 4 nites at Hotel Palazzo Brunamonti in Bevagna. This hotel is wonderful! Bevagna is a small village in Umbria, brush up on your Italian - you will need it! The Brunamonti is very clean, comfortable and the service was great. My room made me feel like a princess! The manager, Salvatore was very kind & helpful. Breakfast was good... More

A truly beautiful and historic hotel in the centre of the historic town of Bevagna. The service was discreet and excellent, the room was well furnished with a super bathroom and the breakfast also excellent. And we motorciclists were made very welcome even when we arrived very wet!! Our visit coincided with the birthday of one of our friends and... More

We stayed here for 2 nights asking for a quiet room ahead of time. I think we were upgraded to a top floor ,huge room. quiet and beautiful. very central location. breakfasts were so-so since groups devoured everything and many items were not replaced. overall we loved this place for the room, quality of sleep( great mattress) and location.

Bevagna is a beautiful little jewel in Umbria, a great place to wander around and also central to Assissi and others. There are some great restaurants, especially a little pizza place on the edge of town with the best truffle pizza ever, if you happen to be there during the season. This hotel is right in the center and very... More

Elegant entry, spacious common rooms that don't seem to be used, a very uncomfortable bed and cramped room. The bed frame was pretty, but the bed itself was soft and smaller than most "matramonial" beds in hotels throughout Italy. The people posting great reviews clearly had a different experi3ence. Also, it was frustratingly hard to find the breakfast room among... More

We stayed for four nights and found it very difficult to find anything to fault with this hotel. It is right in the centre of the town, in an attractive old palazzo. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and well-fitted bathroom. Breakfast was better than the usual Italian offering, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Four... More

This hotel is a real gem. When we couldn't drive in to the city, the manager asked where we were and said he would walk to meet us, but we could start driving through the city gate. We had to wait a moment or two for a walking funeral, led by a priest in a baseball hat, but then proceded... More
