I spent a weekend here relaxing. My room faced the ocean and was wonderful. The only thing that was not perfect was the lack of soundproofing to the hallway - you could hear everything that was going on there with the door closed. Hotel staff were wonderful. Stayed for a week in Binz. Hotel location was perfect and friendly. Less than 2 minutes to the beach if you walk through the bar!
