We only spent one night in one of the penthouses before we went to our other hotel for a weeks stay. Our friends continued with their stay and we got to enjoy both their and our hotel. The Pfefferkorn has the most outstanding location, our room was newly renovated with magestic mountain views - we watched the snow falling across... More

Situated in the centre of Lech, this family runned hotel is, ideally located for all types of wintersports. From the moment you enter the lobby, you noticed that perfect autrian ambiance. The room are spacy and the bed very confortable. the restatuarant is really top and serves every evening a 4 course menu, which meet top standards. More

We were staying elsewhere, but found that this was a bit of a town center in that it had an uncrowded outdoor apres ski bar, a good restaurant, two reasonable souvenir shops and a proper supermarket all at ground level. They offer a pizza menu where you can choose an unlimited number of toppings, and their chef's salad was very... More

To Mr and Mrs Pfefferkorn, Martin, Roberto, Isabellle, Julie and all the wonderful staff. The food was lovely, the wine list fantastic and the schnapps hit the spot every time The location is second to none and has the added advantage of a supermarket and bank on the door step with wonderful views of the mountains. I was also very... More

Excellent hotel. Some constructive criticism though: i was hoping the breakfast room to be larger ( i found it very small and crowded) and the breakfast to be more lavish to match the amazing hotel. I loved the parrot, i was shocked when it actually talked ! More

My father and I stopped here after a drive from the Black Forest via Lake Konstanz. After driving through the mountain pass we came upon this slice of heaven on earth. Herr Pfefferkorn helped us with our luggage and showed us the room which was very nice. We enjoyed a good dinner outside overlooking the beautiful mountains. My only regret... More

The style and feel of a small family run hotel but with the amenities of a large chain. Food on the HB package was exceptional, rooms are traditional, service and attention to detail is superb. Located seconds away from the Main Cable in Lech on the main street, Stayed 5 nightsat the height of the ski season through Powder Byrne... More

8 days spent here as a group of 7 growing to 9. The staff are excellent, providing every assistance they can, including driving my father-in-law from pillar to post in order to get his cruciate ligament fixed, which he did. We had the 'classy panoramic room' this time which was superb - modern, airy, ventilated if need be, comfortable bed,... More

This hotel was a disaster in every sense. When we arrived by car (hotel had been pre-advised), the access to the parking was blocked and we had to wait 20 minutes before anyone bothered to help with parking. While the owner stood in the lobby to say hello, the receptionist seemed preoccupied and checked us in perfunctorily. Then we were... More

Dear LiandYu, as a hotel, we thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry to have made your stay with us such a disaster. Our explanation for the very unfortunate stay you experienced: 1. We offer a valet service for any guest who arrives at the hotel entrance. Arriving at the garage door is not the usual... More

We stayed in the Panorama Suite. Panorama, maybe...Suite, no way. Several flights of steps to get to the 'Suite', not any larger than a normal room and no wi-fi. The one positive was that the chef did prepare an excellent menu each night. Way overpriced and the staff was not overly friendly. So many great places to stay in Lech,... More

Dear Vacationingistough, as a hotel, we thank you very much for your feedback. In the meantime and thanks to your feedback we have changed the name to classy panoramique room with lots of light and wood, partly with roof terrace. On the contrary, our confirmations clearly state that we offer a complimentary WIFI in the lobby only. In the room... More
