We stayed in Room 37 which was fairly clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the rudeness of the lady who checked us in spoiled the experience for us - she was extremely condescending and most unwelcoming. We were questioned as to why we had 'dared' to turn up before check in time. After a flight from Sydney to Perth and then... More

Stayed here on 24/3/2012 as a group of 5 people going to a wedding. Cheap accommodation and was clean enough but the carpet had a hole in it which the owners have filled with what looks like selley's no more gaps! And on departure you have to empty your own bins! Might as well make the beds for them as... More

We stayed here in early December 2011. We have stayed here many times before. This hotel is very cheap accomodation and very basic but has always suited out needs. Unfortunately this time this hotel was under new management who did not seem to care. When we advised(not complained) the pool had algae ,the response was " not our problem" The gardener/... More

I am 13 and my family of 8 stayed there. I loved the pool, spa, and trampolines but VERY dirty. In our room as soon as we arrived and I stepped on the carpet, I managed to put my foot on GLASS.... I now recommend vacuuming as soon as you arrive. I have a nasty scar too. We told the... More

Stayed with my partner early October....never again! Dark, dinghy, dirty and full of bugs. Partner got bitten in bed one night, 2 days later had a red angry area on his ankle the size of a tennis ball, ended up on antibiotics and painkillers. This place seriously needs remodernising and fumigating....or knocking down and starting again! More

We stayed for one night a week ago with a 2yr old and a 1yr old and found it very old, dirty and smelly. The carpet was disgusting and it smelt musty. The outdoor facilities were very old and not very well maintained. We left the place very clean (well as clean as it was when we went there) with... More

Stayed a few nights with extended family in ground floor 2 bedroom unit - rooms are dark, carpet is smelly. The bathroom had an exhaust fan connected to light switch which goes off very loudly everytime someone uses the bathroom. There was a noisy, large air ducting system above the double bed, from one side of the main bedroom to... More

We stayed here for three days in early November. The accommodation was quite roomy but decoration needed attention. The place could be a lot cleaner. We had to wash all cutlery and cooking equipment before use. Basic shower area. On the plus side the location is pretty good being about 15/20 minutes from some of the main facilities in Mandurah...
