We stayed for 18 nights in Oct/Nov 2011 whilst visiting from England. Isabel & Geoff are the perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome & comfortable the whole time. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed the chocolates and home baked biscuits. The breakfasts (continental & cooked) were superb - did not need anything else to eat until evening!... More

Not only were our hosts incredibly in tune with our needs, but the little personal touches left us feeling thoroughly pampered and special. The welcoming afternoon tea on the balcony, the chocolates in the rooms, complimentary dvds, great outlook, and a magnificent breakfast are some of the highlights for us. The place exudes a sense of peace and tranquility. Not... More

Isabel clearly puts a lot of effort into creating an enjoyable BnB experience - spotless room (with spa!), chocolates in the room, a good selection of help-yourself teas, coffee and snacks and a wonderful breakfast with an eye to detail and quality. Plus there is a good chance to see the kangaroos on the golf course over breakfast. More

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at Bellavista. The rooms were very clean and beautifully presented. The breakfasts were excellent and set us up well for 2 days of great golf! Overall, a lovely experience and would highly recommend it. More

This was our 3rd stay at Bellavista after having 'discovered it' about 18 months ago! Hosts Isabel and Geoff are always very welcoming and friendly. It's such a pleasure to stay with them and we always enjoy a catch up with them since our last stay. This purpose built B&B is amazing. It's private and nestled along the Meadow Springs... More

Bella Vista B&B is by far the best we have experienced during our trip in Australia. It is very clean and comfortable. Overlooking the golf course and we even had the chance to feed the kangaroos. The attendance by Isabel was in one word: fantastic! We felt so well looked after and she kept on offering us everything to make... More

Upon arrival we were offered tea with scones, cream and jam. The rooms were great, the bathrooms were great and the beds were great. All the amenities needed to have a wonderful weekend. The pool was great and the gold course is right next door. Next morning the breakfast was freshly made and cooked well to our request. First class... More

If you need somewhere to stay in Mandurah then look no further. Fantastic hospitality and catering in a purpose built B and B. The first floor is huge and dedicated to the B and B but only has 2 rooms. Isabel will even cook you an evening meal. Great quiet location with views over the golf course - you even... More
