This is a B&B with great views, quiet location only 5 min from Busselton town center. Ideal if you dont want the traffic noise or bussel of the holiday season. Room was far too small, only stayed 1 night instead of 3. TV was on wrong side of room to watch anything and only 1 channel , was more like a Bed n Breakfast, would be good for 1 night stay only. We booked this place for a overnighter near Busselton. Pretty good value and home cooked breakfast included. Beach not far, but had to fight the 4x4 for a spot...human vs vehicle guess who one?..anyways no complaints from this establishment
