Managed to get a room for a busy weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great breakfast, and excellent facilities inside and out, (TV lounge, pool table/darts room inside, and patio/BBQ/Spa outside). Will be staying again

Was on a trip to familiarize with the vineyards in the yarringup area for 2 nights. Beds by the bay had the most convenient location for easy access. Lovely location, very close to town and beach. The owners get the right balance of being friendly hosts, but not too in-your-face. We loved the delicious woodfired pizzas they made us for dinner one night, and breakfast each morning was great. Also very kid friendly, thanks for a great stay.

Busselton Guest House is a great example of what a B&B should be like. Comfortable and clean accomodation and fantastic breakfasts with friendly and helpful hosts in Mike & Bev. We would stay again and the location is also great.

Very friendly owner, very yummy breakfast just a short walk to Busselton and beach. Confortable room, lovely backyard, we enjoyed a moment in the spa great on a hot day.
