LOCATION: Only a couple of minutes drive to Albany City Centre, York Street. HOTEL: Grumpy front-desk staff. Big, two interconnecting apartments. Three-bedrooms with two baths. Only one gas heater. Freezing cold bedrooms even in early May. Poor shower water pressure, very difficult to regulate correct water temperature. Uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean. Value for money and only a few minutes drive from Town Centre. Would stay again.

Had a two bedroom unit with spa(which i did not use).Clean but nothing special to make me recommend. Good location on main road into Albany,but a decent walk from restaurants and shops.Fully equipted kitchen,though full size fridge was used as a bar fridge with drinks and food for purchase. Did not use restaurant. Overall average property.

The apartments are clean and serviceable with huge spa baths. Tip if you have young children start running the bath at the start of dinner so that it's full enough by the time they have finished eating! Stayed one night in a 1brm unit. Large separate bedroom & bathroom. Internet, gas heater, ceiling fan, reverse cycle aircon, fax machine, minibar, undercover carport. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Only negative was the sofa in the living area. Small & uncomfortable. Would stay again though.

Enjoyed our stay in well maintained, very clean and presentable rooms, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful ..... will definitely return. Located on main road and close to all restaurants etc.

Booked the three bedroom villa . Had all you need. Great big spa. Double carport for car and camper trailer.

The units were adequately furnished but the location and basic facilities were really poor. I agree with previous poster that this place is good for sleeping but that's it. No swimming pool or resort stuff.
