The Rocks is an excellently presented property with breathtaking views from the balcony. The rooms are first class with comfortable beds. The home cooked breakfast was excellent and their service makes you feel welcome.

The Rocks is a very nice and stylish B&B, the breakfast is totlly awesome, rooms are spacious, clean and classic in style. Cant say enough nice things about the staff and how warm and welcoming they are!

The Rocks is an amazing and unexpected find in Albany! The stately home is enormous with high ceilings and beautifully decorated rooms. A grand old home converted and beautifully renovated. This is a must stay if you love comfort, views and a great breakfast. The views over Albany and the gardens are to die for. Well done Noelene, you've done a great job and we will be back.

“Amazing old World Charm”

My husband and I have just spent an amazing night at the Rocks in Albany. The property has been beautifully renovated and has the most amazing views of Albany from the front verandahs. Our host Noelene Evans was extremely helpfull and the breakfast was amazing. We will be staying at The Rocks when we visit Albany next, it was fabulous.
