“Good price, but average rooms”

Lots of potential, but need to lift their game. Powerboard was hanging off wall, not enough power points anywhere, only one in bathroom, vanity had no room to put make up on and lighting was too dull in bedroom and bathroom, cold draught in bathroom, dirty in corners, tiles had been painted now peeling off. Restaurant was excellent though.

The wife and I have recently stayed for five nights at this hotel and comment as follows :- Our room which was described online as a king size luxury room did in fact have a king size bed but that was where the luxury finished. “Exceptional customer service, comfy well appointed rooms & great facilities”

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful customer service provided by Hayden, a warm welcome & so accommodating to my needs on this stay. The rooms are well appointed, clean, spacious & very comfortable. Handy restaurant & bar on site too! Great value!!

Have stayed at many Hotels in Albany on business and decided to give this a try with their free 3 course meal included with room. Overall an enjoyable stay, the locals support the restuarant with many birthday parties etc, the food is pretty standard fodder but quite acceptable, The breakfast buffett seemed quite disorganised and the food was not hot...
