Great location, excellent staff and fantastic facilities. 10km out of town with a river running through the park, worthwhile. Slabs great for motor home however some areas could do with some tlc such as the grass areas, outside of that I'll be back.

Decided to spend 2 nights here on the way through to Esperance. Worst mistake of our holiday. The location was boring and depressing. The toilets / showers could do with a good clean also as they were full of spiders. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, this park is in a bad location with more permanent residents.

Great 5 night stay very family friendly site and the kids loved the river and kayaking highly recommended, the hosts of the park very happy to assist with any enquiries will stay on our next visit to the stunning town of Albany and surrounds

Great caravan park on the King River. Lovely toilet and shower blocks, very clean, and hot showers which are great! Nice play area for my kids. Staff very helpful in the shop with tourist info, and the owners are very nice to deal with. The grounds were clean, and all the lawn was freshly mowed! They even have a goat... More
