Very expensive for what you get. Rooms have a shared bathroom/toilet (lock on toilet door doesn't work), damp smell and poor air quality in room causing me to have an asthma attack (I haven't had an asthma attack for 5 years !). Breakfast was very nice. Really disappointed with this place as we loved Phillip Island other than this place
We found Dumfries Park Bed and Breakfast, Cowes, Phillip island overpriced and recommend that prospective guests inspect a room at this "bed and breakfast" (run from a suburban house) before agreeing to pay the asking price of $160 per night.
