The rooms were of a satisfactory standard for price but we were quoted for an 8 day stay and paid for that, after 7 days they decided that they had miss quoted and we needed to pay for another night or move out. The rooms were very comfortable and Excellsior is ideally located - walking distance to everything we needed. We had the added convenience of the park across the road for the little ones to kick a ball around and expend energy.

Great managers, location and rooms, have been twice and booked a third time for June. Would recommend and will keep going back.

Excellsior Apartments are the perfect escape for everyone, only a couple of minutes to the beach and shopping, Underwater World is literally accross the road. The rooms are spacious and have everything you could ever need including laundry facilities, a huge corner bath, fantastic kitchen facilities, the views from your private balcony are magnificent, the pool and spa was delighful.... We love Excellsior because the rates are very reasonable and the location is central to everything. You can park the car and forget it - less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, pubs and Underwater World. The modern units are clean and comfortable with a kid friendly pool and boat parking out the back.

Situated in a quiet part of time with good views but with good walking access to all the attractions Mooloolaba has to offer.

Quiet location but still close to shops, restaurants etc. Rooms very clean and well equiped. Staff friendly and helpful.
