It was our Wedding Anniversary so we decided even though we live on the Gold COast we'd stay local as Hubby had to go to work Saturday morning. I finished work early Friday so decided Id go to the apartment early and hubby would bring daughter later after school. I called Geoff the owner, he was quite rude and abrupt.... More

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the apartment. It was clean and tidy. Trying to get 2 yound children, luggage and pram up 3 flights of stairs was a real struggle but having the view to the ocean was worth it. This property as its name indicates is located on Fifth avenue and whilst it does not look directly onto the beach our unit on the third floor had some views of the coast from the balcony . Saks on 5th Ave had it all. Friendly on-site managers who were very friendly and helpful. Close to beach & loved the Free beachside gym stations. Bus and public transport was great for the teens who could go off and explore the many shopping centres and theme parks without having to be driven everywhere. The Apartments were only a few... More
