My husband and I stayed two nights at Troldhaugen Lodge. We weren't sure what to expect but were very pleasantly surprised.

We have stayed here twice this snow season. If you don't like to pay the over priced accommodation to stay on snow or at most places in jindabyne then you will love this place.
The rooms are comfortable and clean with an ensuite, heating and small tv. While the breakfast is a basic contental it is sufficient and well stocked....

Our family stayed at Troldhaugen Lodge for 6 nights in the school holidays. It is clean, warm, great value and friendly. They have a continental breakfast included. The host Caleb was friendly and helpful. We will definately be back.

We stayed last weekend 20th - 23rd May 2011 at the very quaint little lodge called "Troldhaugen" The rates were very reasonable and we enjoyed our accommodation with all the facillities available - compact, comfortable, clean heated room and bathroom; contiental breakfast in the dining room; an open fire in the TV loungeroom; and a pool table downstairs.

Really enjoyed our stay with Troldhaugen Lodge. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and the views from the breakfast room of the lake every morning amazing. Would come back again.

Troldhaugen Lodge is conveniently located and very friendly B&B accommodation with beautiful views over Jindabyne lake. The owners were kind and very helpful, and have provided us with a lot of information about the local events and attractions. We will be certainly happy to stay there again.

A smallish and cosy lodge, with a homely feel. The hosts were very helpful, especially as I, myself made a mistake with the booking.
Central location and lovely views over the lake. Brekkie is continental-style, basic but good. We would be happy to stay again.

For customer service we have our information desk which is located at the front door as you enter the building.

Worst mattress we have slept on in years. Springs digging in all night and sagging. Continental breakfast - choice of Nutrigrain, Weetbix and Cornflakes. 1 tablespoon of muesli - "no, that's all we have". No light milk. How hard it is to ensure that there is adequate supply of muesli and milk? No fruit. Crusts only in the bread packets....

Being a budget Lodge we are unfortunately unable to offer a full range of cereals and milk for our breakfast. Any of our guests which have special dietary needs tend to bring there own, the muesli being left over from a previous guest.

Our stay at Troldhaugen Lodge was very nice, with a comfortable, warm, clean room. We enjoyed the company of other guests - English, South African, German and from Chile; played table tennis and got valuable information for climbing the Kosciosku mountain.
