We didn't have much choice as what to pick from late at night, the local servo suggested this one. We had a very late check in, price was more than what we wanted to pay for a small hotel room. Very clean and tidy has a small bar fridge and jug.

What you would expect from a quality small country town motel. However the owners/managers were very helpful with timings for breakfast and meals. Stopped in over night as the kids were over being in the car. Good location near KFC. Rooms reasonable for 1 night. Staff pleasant. everything worked and shower was hot.

Stayed January 2012 with bus tour whilst visiting Elvis Festival Parkes - wonderful staff, great food and plenty of it. Room was comfortable and neat and clean. Shower clean and great water pressure. This motel really made you feel welcome and would recommend it to the traveller.
