Airlie Cove Resort and Van Park is a great place to stay if you have a car. The staff at the reception are very friendly and will help you to book anything you need and give you valuable information. The free use of BBQ is a great plus although the big supermarkets are to far to reach without a car.... More

Hi Kristen, We are so very glad you enjoyed your time here at Airlie Cove Resort. We strive to ensure our guests have the best possible time while with us and in Airlie Beach. While we are a little too far away from the shops for some to walk, I hope you found the bus service handy with the stops... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. The park was very nice and clean and the staff lovely. The only downside was that we were at the back of the park and one night a campervan full of Swedish travelers parked up beside us. Now we're not against having fun but they were drinking, shouting and singing all night and nobody... More

Hi Sarah, Thank you so much for choosing to stay at Airlie Cove. I am glad you enjoyed most of your stay. We do a walk around at about 10.00pm when all is to be quiet and speak to any one making noise. Unfortunatly we can not hear all noise in the park once we are in bed. There is... More

this accomm is situated just a bit out of town from Airlie Beach which is great if you are not into the drunk backpacker party scene. I would have to agree with a previous review about the amount of midgies, they are everywhere in the grass but if you wear shoes and socks they arent too much of an issue.... More

We are a couple spending 5 months travelling around south east asia and australia.   We found the staff at reception very accomadating. We had arrived late due to a bushfire and unfortunately our credit card didnt work and our phone ran out of credit but the staff were happy to leave us our plot number and to settle the... More

Ensuite camper sites were really nice and very clean however there is a huge problem with midgies. I was bitten about 100 times during the day. They started biting about 4pm not at dusk as usual. 3 days later and the bites are still driving me crazy. Otherwise it's a really nice place to stay

Thank you for your feed back. We are sorry to hear you were affected by the Midgies. At certain times they can be more prevalent than other times.Unfortunately, being an issue of nature it can be beyond our control, however, we endeavour to keep the park clear of water puddles and other things that encourage midgies, and we do sell... Shared a cabin with our son , daughter inlaw plus our 2 Grandies aged 4& 3 . We had our own rooms which were clean & tidy. Loved the wildlife that visited nightly. Especially the frogs :-) The pool area was most enjoyable as we're the walks around the park . We all enjoyed feeding the Lorrikeets with the help... More

We stayed in an En-suite powered site for two nights. The en-suite was clean and tidy with hand towels included. There was no division between the sites (ie trees/screens) but the site came with concrete runners for the wheels and pad for sitting outside. The general nature of the park looked a bit tired in terms of the general roading... More

We've stayed here for a few days with a campervan. It's a great park with good BBQ and other facilities. We've loved the free morning bird feeding. Dozens of parrot like birds (forgot what they are called) fly around and eat the food out of your hand. What really set this stay apart from the rest was the staff though.... More

A lot of refurbishment seems to have recently been done here and the shower specifically was great. The sleeper couch looks a bit tired, but the cabin itself is nice and spacious. The resort itself seems nice and popular and there are several families and young children around.

From the time I called Airlie Cove I was impressed with their service. We booked the cabin for 3 days and in that time went for a Fantasea Reefsleep. The cabin was tucked away, was peaceful and certainly had everything we needed. The office lady was so delightful and helpful. Great pool for our little man to enjoy, great BBQ... More
