Third time back here and as always a pleasant stay. The backpacker staff are keen and eager as always to do their best when working here which sets a good standard of service. Stayed here in a standard room in May 2012. Room was nice, clean and modern although a little soulless. The hotel felt a little 'pre-fab' but this was ok. The pool area was fantastic though. Well located, although the town itself was a bit average. Big social problems etc so its nice to be a bit further out.

About 60 of us had a group booking there over a long weekend. All of it was booked remotely. What a find. Staff were excellent, rooms were spacious and extremely well airconditioned and the meals superb. Their organisation bent over backwards to ensure that everything went to plan. Stayed for a couple of days, great location, large clean rooms, friendly staff and great pool. The only negative would be probably the poorest selection of continental breakfast that I have ever seen. Albeit I would highly recommend for either business or pleasure.

Very well designed hotel with large rooms and a great pool. On site restaurant and bar, with great room service. The rooms are just starting to look a little worn, however they are spacious and clean.
