Receptionist excellent manner, friendly happy and courteous. Bathroom was in need of an upgrade, basin taps could not be turned off completely. Made the booking more than a month before travelling and asked to be collected from the airport. The hotel's manager picked us up in a mini-van as arranged which was a very positive start to our visit. This is really old and everything looks worn and consequently dirty. Room: big and spacious but reallu old and worn. There is a flatscreen and free movies but only after 8.30 pm. Restaurant: selection is limited but ok. A lot of places seem to have similar menu ... Steak, pork belly, barramundi, cheesecake, sticky date. More
