This is a very special place! We enjoyed every minute of our 4 night stay, waking up each morning to magnificent views from our Cliffside room. All the Homestead staff made our stay a pure pleasure from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble. Every meal was a gourmet delight with great service, dining privately or joining other guests.... More

This was my third visit to the Homestead in more than 10 years. It has hardly changed at all and most important the service and quality are as high as ever. It is a VERY special place and worth saving up for as a great treat. The location on a cliff above the Chamberlain river in the middle if a... More

El Questro HS is as good as the reviews say: comfortable rooms, pleasurable outdoor dining and elegant food. The gorge walks and cruises are lots of fun, although it would be helpful if the activities were more clearly described. The guides were uniformly full of info and energy, and the household staff was happy and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience.... More

We recently spent 4 nights at the Homestead on our honeymoon. The staff made us so welcome, consistently advising on excursions to known highlights the property has to offer, beautiful private gorges, hot spring pools & sunset views to die for. On return from the days adventures we were always presented with cool towels from a friendly member of staff,... More

It really is superb but also extremely expensive. You are getting what you pay for. We stayed 3 nights and probably should have stayed 4. There are 3 different room types which is a surprise when there is only 9 rooms and there is a vast difference between the 3 types. The Chamberlain suite is truly magnificent. The food is... More

Stayed 6 nights at El Questro resort and was absolutely astounded. What a wonderful location.Best value for money holiday in OZ. Stayed 6 nights and wish it was longer. The staff lead by the homestead manger were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact when many staff would have happily given up these guys refused to be defeated and... More

This is simply a wonderful place - well worth the time and effort it takes to get there. But since it's far from anything else, on a 1-million acre cattle station and preserve in The Kimberley, plan to stay for at least 4 nights. There are many beautiful hikes and a number of excursions on offer to keep you amused.... More

We stayed at El Questro Homestead early July for 5 nights. My only complaint is that I wish I had stayed longer. I travel frequently, and can happily say that this holiday was faultless. Great views, great staff, great service. The food, drinks and guided trips were also 5 star. Everything was run so efficiently and nothing was too much... More

We spent five luxurious nights at the Homestead in celebration of a special anniversary. The Homestead was gorgeous. We stayed in one of the new cliff side retreats which were beautifully appointed, but had a few teething problems. The bathroom, though private, was essentially exposed to the elements. With the cooler, windy weather during our stay bathroom use was a... More
