We found the unit clean and as expected. The owners were hospitable and accommodated our requests with grace and humanity.Thank you you made a difficult time a little easier. I would recommend this motel unit, parking is included, great shopping close by.

This is a very well run motel with friendly staff. The rooms are modern and very clean with no lingering 'motel cleaning' smells. We stayed a Thursday and Friday night. The only down side is adjacent to a 4 lane highway and traffic noise is a distraction at all hours.

Clean and tidy motel in good location within walking distance to Botany Downs shops. The hosts were very welcoming and happy to help out in any way. Rooms had just about everything you need, although would be nice to have electric blankets on the beds.

Recently stayed at the Botany Motor Inn. Rooms were clean and tidy and had everything I needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location, and easy walking distance to the shops. Loved the cat wandering around, made the place feel like a home away from home! Will be recommending it as a place to stay.

This is a great motel, the room is very nice, it has a kitchen with everything available and a nice shower. The shops are only 15 minutes walking away. The people were very nice and helped us with getting carriers for our bikes and told us about all kind of places we could go. Concluded this was a great stay!

I have stayed at backpackers that have a much higher level of cleanliness than this motor inn. I was hugely disappointed with the general lack of hygiene - not what I would expect when room prices start at $140 per night!!!
