I didn't really have much choice considering the location, but I'd go there again. Cheap and cheerful is the best way to describe this park. The staff were fantastic, sites large enough and lots of grassed areas. Was really good for a one night stayover. Amenities were very clean. Food in the restaurant was good. More

We stayed in a 'family room' which really was by any definition a simple motel room. The room was clean and tidy, the aircon did seem to have a mind of its own as far as cooling was concerned, but when it was working was very cold. Interesting facilities, the meals at the restaurant in the road house were adequately... More

I saw a UFO. I'm not joking. It scared the life out of me because I'm usually the most sceptical person in the world about UFO sightings, ESPECIALLY at a place that advertises itself as a UFO hotspot. I'm not going to go into details about the sighting here though. So here's my review; if you want a lovely luxury... More

The alien paraphernalia is worth a look but I would never want to be there after five pm ever again. To be honest, the proprietor is little more than a glorified 'grog runner'. The Northern Territory has chronic problems with alcohol abuse and this place contributes to the problem by selling alcohol to people who are clearly drunk who then... More

Pretty tired, didn't have any the attractions that was on the internet site; went to use the BBQ and there was a brooding hen where the hot plate use to be; otherwise was a pretty good stay, close to the Devils Marbles - basically a good stopover on the way north or south. Very overpriced though - not that there... More

What a fantastic surprise this caravan park was! Pub/Roadhouse and Caravan park in one, and the only one for miles! $38 for a powered van site but well worth it. We discovered Donkeys, free ranging chickens, Galahs and baby Emus in a 'mini farm' on the park grounds. Murals of landscapes/aliens on walls, a train track (and mini train) and... More

There's a small shop, cafe/restaurant, bar, service (gas) station and motel units:- a typical Aussie roadhouse. The caravan park appears to be quite neat and tidy and is accredited with Big 4 - the largest independent park chain. Beyond that, I admire the owner's entrepreneurial spark in proclaiming Wycliffe Well as Australia's UFO capital. Every visitor to Australia should experience... More

Travelling south on the Stuart Highway towards Alice Springs, one will inevitable come across Wycliffe Well, 130kms south of Tennant Creek. As Wycliffe Well had featured in many UFO-sighting stories in the Northern Territory, I simply had to check it out. Wycliffe Well Holiday Park is... interesting, to say the least. It is also the only place in town to... More

We had to break our road trip for some sleep & this was the most convenient place. The food was a good price & the staff were friendly & helpful. We had a motel room with en-suite, a good basic room, although a little exy @ $110 - but then again you don't have any option. More
