The location is excelent - However a little flexability is necessary to enter onto the property - you may need to negotiate a large round-about again be on the 'right' side of the road. We came over form Australia and stayed at the end of Nov. to catch up with friends in Auckland. What a great location, handy to the train which makes easy access to Sylvia Park shopping centre where the cafes and restaurants and downtown Auckland.
