My partner and I stayed at the Heritage Court Motor Lodge for one night. We were down for a weekend from Christchurch to get away from the earthquakes and see the penguins. After a bad start to our trip in NZ (thanks Jucy), arriving at Heritage was a blessing. The welcome was lovely and we felt right at home. We stopped over in Oamaru by chance and would recommend it to all making there way between Christchurch and Dunedin. We got a nice room for our family of 5. Not the newest of hotels but very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. More

We went back because of our first visit and have to say even though we couldn't get our room of choice we were more than happy with room with the spa.. Plenty of parking and handy to where we needed to be..The main thing I like is it is clean!! More
