This hostel is a must stay when you stay in Hervey Bay! It is possibly the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in and even has a cinema room. The kitchen is fully packed with cooking utensils and this is also the cleanest kitchen ever!

Great value. Very friendly & helpful staff. Useful free shuttle bus to & from coach station. Right by beach. Great fish & chip shop just down the road! Unlimited tea & toast for breakfast for just $2. Wifi connection available in 15 minute chunks or longer

Really nice place. Perfectly clean double room with privat bathroom, great crew, well organised kitchen. Free pick up from bus station. Hostel helps with organising Fraser Island trips and have nothing against taking shower after you are back and checked out. Best I stayed in Australia. The only minus - some rooms have no window (although they have AC).

To clarify this review it is on my experience in a private room that i booked with my wife for a couple of nights either side of visiting fraser island. If you are a backpacker then the place is probably great if you want a shared room for cheap price. It is definately not a hostel that caters to older... More

Nice hostel. Dorms available or private rooms at a good price. The staff are great here if you are looking for information on tours. They helped us book our greyhound bus, whale watching, whitsundays trip and also our next hostel. Nothing was too much trouble. Good facilities too : )

Stayed here while I did my Fraser island trip and whale watching. It's a lovely clean hostel. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Some of the rooms have on sweet and some of the larger ones don't. But the bath rooms are clean and well kept.
