We really enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness and facilities are second to none, and we had a great quiet nights sleep. Feeding the turtles in the lake is a real bonus.

Our stay was wonderful, Sharon was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't stay long but the time we had was amazing especially in the morning when we got to feed the turtles. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this guest house and if we are lucky to visit again would definately stay here.

We travelled through Australia more than 3 weeks, incl. 4* + 5 * hotels, but the Alexander Lakeside Bed & Breakfast was one of our most beautiful homes. Thanks to Sharon for her kindness and her support. Perfect breakfast on wonderful deck directly at the lake. We should have stayed longer!

2 night stay , used as a base for visiting Fraser Island. Beautiful house in a great location at the edge of a small lake. Great facilities - we stayed in the upstairs room overlooking the lake. Good quality breakfasts enjoyed whilst chatting to Sharon & John, the hosts. Would highly recommend.
