stayed here with my family for 2 nights. really clean and a nice view of the sea. just an easy drive to the peninsula walkway. exactly what i wanted. excellent!!!

Friendly staff. My husband accidentally broke a light swatting a fly and they didn't make us pay for it, or even make us feel bad. :) Ocean-front view is nice. It is not luxurious, the bathroom wasn't super nice, but overall a good experience.

We stayed here for 3 days in mid February and had a wonderful sea view from the room which was quiet, well equipped and spacious. Reception was very good and helpful. This Motel is - fantastic. Brilliant. Wonderful. Lovely hosts. Super clean room. You would really enjoy this motel.

We stayed here for two nights. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and activities. The rooms are spacious and have a functional kitchen and a laundry is available on site. The sea views which are spectactular at sunrise and sunset.

the Large studio had everything needed for a two night stay. Basic kitchen m/w + 2 hot plates. Comfy sofa in Lounge area. Very comfy bed with good bedding. Roomy shower room with wet room shower. Nice welcome, good sized room and perfectly functional. Better that being in the town itself which was a bit backpacker orientated.

Stayed at the anchor for a couple of nights on our trip round NZ. The room was a good size, clean and comfy. The view was fab across the road and you have the sea. Short walk round to a great restaurant the Green Dolpin. Good nights sleep as quietno noise heard from neighbours.
