Having never stayed at a Top10 Park before, I was VERY surprised at the quality of the small, but clean motels available at this venue. The playground area was well planned and the management of the facility perfect. Very suitable for those travelling on a budget and particularly good for families. Camping and motorhome sites also available.

What an amazing location to start our 2 week South Island trip. Our daughter loved the Jumping pillow that we did not find in any other holiday parks we stayed in. the hosts are very friendly and the facilities are top class. We will love to visit again and stay at Greymouth Top 10.

Stayed in 2BR unit with son, brother and 12 yr old grandson for 5 days in April 2012. Very well laid out camp, spotlessly clean inside extremely well maintained grounds. We stayed here for one night in March 2012. The staff were friendly, and the sites were quite big but the bathrooms left a lot to be desired... For $42 a night, I really thought they could do a lot better with the cleanliness of the place

This last visit was our second to this park in consecutive years. The camp as a whole is extremely well-presented, clean and tidy, and the unit reflected this approach also.
