We have stayed at Waterfall Cottages several times over the years, enjoying each visit immensely. The cottages are located within beautiful tranquil grounds. The cottages are well equiped and very clean, each has a terrace visited by bird life including delightful blue fairy wrens. The waterfalls on the Margaret River are a short stroll away. Owner, Sue Bloxham is always... More

We stayed in a luxary spa chalet for 6 nights, the chalet overlooked a man made lake filled with bird life and lovely open area which was frequented with grazing kangaroos at dusk. The chalet was well appointend, clean and modern. We had a great stay, the cottages are not too far out from MRiver. There is a lovely waterfall... More

My husband and I stayed at the Waterfall Cottages during October 2011 in the small cottage and we thought it was lovely. The dogs that a previous reviewer mentioned did greet us with some barking when we pulled up but they were wagging their tails and smiling, so we certainly didn't feel threatened. The cottage wasn't luxurious but it was... More

We have just returned from a weekend at Waterfall cottages and we had a fantastic time. The cottage was spotlessly clean, the beds were so comfpy and the views were amazing. There were 2 adults and 4 teenagers ranging from 12 to 17 and we had plenty of room in the family cottage. We had an open fire for the... More

After booking this property through an internet travel agent for four nights in April, we arrived to find out that we as a family had been double booked due to poor property management. Without so much of an apology from the owner Sue, we where sent on our way to a sub-standard property in town to complete the stay we... More

As the owner/ manager I wish to respond to the comments made. The guest involved was understandably upset at the double booking and unfortunately took it out on me, the innocent party. The double booking was made by a third party who failed to notify me of the booking. I have since terminated my arrangement with them. As we were... More

We stayed here in March for 5 nights in a "luxury spa cottage" which according to the website was "new". Firstly, the good: Margaret River is lovely area with countless number of wineries, lovely beaches and fantastic food. Waterfall cottages is located right in the middle of the region between the two capes so makes it easy to explore the... More

As the owner manager I wish to respond to several comments made by the reviewer. First and foremost the bed is definitely a king bed and extremely comfortable as many guests have commented. I have no idea why the guest would think otherwise. As to the dead bugs it is very difficult to control moths in the country and when... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Waterfall Cottages with wallabies in the grounds and waterfall nearby. The unit was clean and sufficiently appointed for us to prepare meals.

My husband and I stayed for three nights in the studio and we had a great time. We found the studio although small, was comfortable; the bed in particular and the couch which in many place often is hard but this one was really soft. The bathroom is really small so if you are wanting to pamper yourself in that... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in the studio unit for 2 nights in late June. Though the stay is short, but we both fell in love with the place. Some of the comments I read earlier suggested the studio is small with tacky decor, which I believe it's a bit overstated. The place is just right for 2 adults. The... More

We stayed for 6 nights at these well positioned cottages. They are situated approximately 5 minutes by car from the centre in a beautiful quiet and private setting, they are in lovely grounds with lawned area sloping down to a small lake. Although the grounds are shared with other cottages we never saw anyone else around other than the seven... More
