Yes it is an older motel, as many are. The room was clean and well furnished . There was none of the "odour" attached to many older motels, which was a refreshing change. The restaurant for dinner was excellent. Prices were very reasonable and the service very friendly. A five minute walk brought us to the CBD. A Woolworths is... More

Having stayed at the Comfort Inn in Albany, where the rooms are dated but clean and well kept, we decided to stay here on the last night of our trip without checking reviews. Well, this Comfort Inn was very different. Naff 70's building design I can take, but I wouldn't be surprised if the decor and furnishings were originals from... More

We stayed here for only 1 night while on vacation in the beginning of November 2012. The motel is located in the industrial area of Bunbury, so there is nothing exciting to say about that. We had a ground floor room, which was like any other motel. It is a good place to stay over for one night but nothing... More

I usually stay in the best hotel in town. This time it was fully booked. So i tried the Country Comfort. The Admiral was better because there was no lack of parking space, internet access was free compared to $60/week, the connection did not drop out (3 times in a week at the big place), the menu in the restaurant... When you book ahead you take a risk and when you drive up the entrance of this motel you know that this time it has not paid off. Generally shocked by the prices of Perth accommodation let alone the atronomical price of food and wine in restaurants we were surprised to find more reasonable rates in the country for accomodation... I stayed here because it was the only accomodation available over the easter long weekend & I was booking at the last minute. I new the reviews weren't great but risked it anyway. First impression - dated interier & no dining available for the whole weekend (except continental breakfast). Luckily there is a fantastic bakery next door. I recommend you... More

I knew this was and old motel - it was built when I was a boy growing up in Bunbury so I was very sceptical when it was suggested by a business associate that I stay there. But I jumped on their website and noted rooms had been updated and they didn't look too bad. WRONG - well at least... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the large family room we walked into. Our family of 4 were dead tired and pleasantly spread out in this spacious 2 room unit which cost us $200. The outside looks had us worried, but the inside was very clean and cared for. The only bad thing was that we could hear neighbors all around... More
