Friendly and relaxed. I had a problem with operating television and the staff had it fixed within 2 min. very Clean and tidy. Manager quite abrupt on the phone when booking. Couldnt tell us wether the dates we wanted were free without several phone calls. Breakfast was good but there was no spa gel the first day and the second day there was a partially full old used leaking bottle there which had obviously been refilled with something which resembled the the green...
