The shower had rust marks. No newspapers were available. napkins were not put out. When all restaurants were closed in Waarbambool no food was offered at the hotel on Christmas Day. The service was grudging. This is far inferior ro any other Accor hotel we have stayed at. More

Whole hotel is rather dated bedspreads need to be replaced as they were heavy and were not modern.
