Rooms are modern and well laid-out. Excellent location - walking distance to beach and nearby walks. Not really a resort - only has a pool with no shade. Free wifi was a saving grace. Probably a good place to stay for a long weekend but not just for one night. Hotel is on the beach so rather remote from everything else. Restaurant was surprisingly good, worth better review than the hotel.

Absolute gem. We were given a room facing merri river, room is nicely furnished with full facilties for both cooking and washing. A short walk away is the beachfront.

The rates are good, the apartment fully apointed with everything including Washing Machine and Drier. Great place to stay in Warrnambool.
