The All Seasons has a most helpful and friendly staff. We stayed three nights and wish it was a longer time to enjoy this fantastic country resort. It was within easy walking distance of both the Pioneer Settlement and the CBD. It is also a very short walk from the Swan Hill Train Station.

I booked a room for 2 nights for business. Room was on street and extremely noisy.As I was there for 2 nights asked to move. Only had spa room available which I had to pay for. Comfortable and central location within walking distance to shops and riverfront.

We stayed overnight here and made full use of the facilities. A beautiful, refreshing outdoor pool -(didn't need to venture to the indoor one), enjoyed the sauna and spa, mini-golf, tennis, table tennis, etc. The room was spotless and we all slept soundly in the very comfortable beds. Was in swan hill for one night,drove past it looked ok from the out side,petrol station and subway directly across street.Took the cheaper $135 inc breakfast option room facing the street was a bit noisy at night with trucks using there brakes,its facing one of the busier roads in swan hill.It had a outside pool and gardens which would be great on a warm day,it also had an indoor pool and spa.The spa was broken... This one off the worst places i've stayed at in along time,rececption was very nice,i ask for a spa room,ask for a view,he said yes very nice view ,"yer off car park",i ask nice size room it was a shoe box,It was all downhill from there,spa exhaust fan broken,so was very hot in spa room,toilet seat was damaged,some sort off filth,on bathroom walls,floor dirty,room had a humming alnight,it was awful,diddnt get one bit off sleep,then... Our room at the All Seasons was bright and clean and had all we needed. Our Queen Suite had a Queen and Single bed and plenty of space. The tariff also included an excellent continental breakfast buffet. A fully cooked option was available for an additional $15 p/p. Location is great - an easy walk to the Pioneer village or the main shopping precinct. The staff are most friendly and helpful.

The resort is conveniently located on the main road through Swan Hill and very close to shops, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable with a spa and the front counter reception staff we courteous and helpful. There is a swimming pool for guests to use and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I will definately stay at the All Seasons again next time in Swan Hill.
